Our signature barre workout is to the beat of the music and is designed to trim, tighten and tone your entire body, with an emphasis on defining your glutes and legs. We use small, controlled movements, isometric holds and high repetition to help you develop a strong, long, and lean physique in record time! Open to all levels, but if you're brand new to Barre, you may wish to take our Barre Basics class first.
Just getting started with Barre? Have heard of it but are not sure what it is? We can help! Come and try out our barre moves and work out in a safe, welcoming environment open to all fitness levels. This class will work every part of your body and will help you refine many of the moves used in our other Barre Classes. Grip socks required. You may purchase at the studio or bring your own. Open to all levels .
Barre + Align combines our signature barre technique with an emphasis on body alignment, flexibility and balance training to deliver a restorative full body workout. Alignment is important because it impacts the mechanics of your body’s movement. Proper alignment loads the muscles in a safe way that protects the joints from strain and injury. It allows the body to perform movements with maximum efficiency and efficacy.
Mini trampolines (Rebounders) plus sculpting meet burning up to 600 calories in this FUN and energizing workout! Just 10 minutes of rebounding is equivalent to 30 minutes on the treadmill, but is still low impact on the joints! We use a mix of rebounding segments and sculpting exercises for the ultimate in toning, tightening and cardio. Other benefits can include: Pelvic Floor tightening, Stimulation of the lymphatic system, which helps flush out toxins, and improvement of balance and coordination!
For beginners and those experienced with Barre, our workouts are both low impact and intense. Barre is always a GREAT way to transform your body quickly without hurting your joints. We focus on form and improving your body composition by performing precise movements, not difficult routines. No dance experience required and we regularly change things up in our classes in order to work different muscle groups and consistently increase the challenge.
Our instructors are the best in the business. They go through extensive training and lots of practice prior to teaching a class. They are friendly, encouraging, supportive and experienced. Each instructor follows the same Barre Forte flow, but they each bring their own style to class so you will never get bored!

Bekah Here, personal trainer and healthy lifestyle enthusiast! I’ve been instructing professionally since 2016 but have always had a passion for fitness. When I’m not leading classes you can find me at the beach, in the Ice Rink or playing taxi driver for my beautiful children. I fell in love with Barre Forte and am so excited to help introduce St. Pete to all we have to offer. Meet me at the barre!
I grew up in Metro Detroit and lived in California before moving to Sunny Florida. I have a thousand years of dance, group fitness and barre experience. As a former competitive dancer, I connected with the music, energy and fast pace of Barre Forte. I love that Barre is an effective, low impact, full body workout that is challenging regardless if you are a newbie or a pro! When I am not in the studio, I work in lifestyle medicine education and enjoy tap dance, yoga, and traveling with my hubs.
Movement & Music have always been a part of my life, my culture even. Raised within a very diverse ethnic community in the Caribbean with years of experience as a dancer, the challenge, the sweat, the camaraderie of my first Barre class kept me coming back for more. The passion to teach it came years later as an adjunct to my other various Group Fitness, Yoga & Life coaching certifications. What I love most about Barre is that the results you want are achievable & sustainable with consistency. It is also one of the safest practices & can be modified for anyone no matter your Fitness level. Inclusivity & Connectivity are two things I always strive to have at the forefront as an instructor. A smile not only opens your face, it also encourages you to let go and be present to what you are doing. But don’t worry I’ll always remind you when you’re in my class. I am a long time Barre Hopper, recently promoted to Barretender...and I am excited to learn and grow and a Barre Forte Instructor. I am particularly excited to help introduce you all the our exciting rebounder classes. Just thinking about it has my heart racing ❤️ 😅
